It ensures the adequate level of data protection prescribed both by Nigeria and United Arab Emirates. National Information Technology Development (NITDA) and Federal Law No.45 of 2021 apply to all transactions intended for cross-border data processing and transmission regardless of the means by which the data processing is being conduct, including free zones and countries that do not yet have adequate data protection laws.
